Getting Back Into Work Mode On Mondays

The weekend is over… It was fun and enjoyable and you wished it would just stretch on and on. You practically had to drag yourself out of bed this morning to get to work.

Believe me, I understand that feeling. It’s not only you guys with regular office jobs that feel so unenthusiastic about Mondays. With lots of appointments, meetings and so on to get to on Mondays, it usually takes a lot more than just the alarm clock to get one up and moving.

However, I’ve found out that these few tips help a lot:

  • Try to save Sunday night for a little personal time to relax and collect yourself before a new week begins. Then go to bed early and get a lot of rest.
  • To actually be productive on the first day of the work week, it’s helpful to wake up early and attack the day.
  • Lay out the assignments that you’re going to work on that week. If you have goals in mind, you won’t sit around your desk at 10am saying, “What do I want to work on now…”
  • Plan your favorite weekly task for first thing Monday morning. If you have to start with a project that you hate, you’re going to dread Monday morning. Try to begin with something that you can look forward to.

    That’s true dear I feel great this morning becouse I achive a lot during the weekend so I woke up dis morning happy and strong
