When it comes to food, everyone has their preferences. Some enjoy them plain while others would rather elaborate and busy. What’s your preference and what meal comes to mind?
Oatmeal
Your basic quick to make, go to breakfast option that requires just oats and water and milk. Perfect for those mornings when you’re in a rush or just needing something light, still getting the job done without any fuss.
On the flip side, you can get the meal really sophisticated and elaborate by garnishing it with fruits – sliced bananas, fresh berries, etc, and(or) nuts, honey etc.
Noodles
This is another easy to fix meal that can either be plated simple or served elaborately or complicated as some say.
An easy noodle would just go with the added spice and boiled for about 5 minutes.
In contrast to the extra individuals, this meal can be turned to a six class meal with veggies, proteins, and as much as can be included.
