Trust is one very important aspect of relationships. Whether its business, marriage, family, friendship or dating, a relationship suffers when there is no trust.
Trust provides the comfort in a relationship where two people can learn to count on each other. Whether or not trust can ever be restored depends on how badly it was damaged and how much the spurned person feels betrayed.
Let’s talk about trust and betrayal today. I’m sure most of us have had experiences of being betrayed by someone whom we trusted. Have you ever had your trust betrayed by anyone before? If yes, who betrayed you and how did they betray you? How were you able to deal with that situation in your life?
Your experience might just help someone today. Let’s share.

February 10, 2014 at 3:30 amThere’s nothing I hate more than lying and a friend lied to me. I got to know about it and then I started giving her clues to let her know I already knew but the truth never came out and then I confronted her but she saw it as nothing but a “small lie”. I’ve forgiven her and we r cool now but I can’t say we are best of friends now and I don’t trust her anymore. We fell apart gradually
