Fear of limitation,I cnt do this coz am fat.I will nt qualify 2 do that coz of where I come from,my background.I won’t be able to achieve that coz of my colour or am too short.
Hi Stephanie,
I have a fear of speaking among my colleagues, thinking I’ll say something wrong to be laugh at. It has even gone as far as at the work place. I’m always mute when we are in mtg. Not i don’t knw but jus afraid.
Would you please help me to over come my fears especially in public speaking.
