Drink More Water…

Drink more water and observe the difference. Form the water habit, a lot of people find it useful to get a big plastic drinking bottle, fill it with water, and carry it around with them all day. It’s also not good to just drink when you’re thirsty — you’re already dehydrated by then. Best is to form a routine: drink a glass when you wake up, a glass with each meal, a glass in between meals, and be sure to drink before, during and after exercise. Try to generally keep yourself from getting thirsty. – dumblittleman

    Water cleanses the body and help balance the alkaline in our system.water is best to take after meals especially when you are eating.peps drink plenty water at least up to 8 gallons a day. Enjoy

    stephanie, i really like today’s topic on drinking water. water is the most abundant compound present on earth. One could not imagine the existence of an individual without water. Water is an essential component of our body and it plays vital roles in maintaining the PH balance, delivering useful products and clearing waste products. A number of disorders are also related with water deficiency. My slogan: DRINK WATER….DRINK LIFE.

    Yes dear u re very right about dis,drinking of water first tin in d morning is d best.I do it a lot nd it working 4 me.

    Yeah, water is really good. In fact I took a glass this morning quite unlike me. But I usually urinate a lot after taking too much water

    Drink more of water. It is good 4 our health. Most of us find it difficult to drink more water, they feel it makes them get fater. More of water is very good for the health. Thanks

    i guess taking water b/f exercise will make one heavy. i only take water immediately after exercise. Nice write-up(drink more water)

    yes it true water has alot to do in our system, i realised each time i drink water early in the morning i dont have any gastric attacks on that day. So i decided to start taking atleast a glass or two of water first thing in the morning when i get up, For those suffering from gastric try this and you will get the best result
