Drink more water and observe the difference. Form the water habit, a lot of people find it useful to get a big plastic drinking bottle, fill it with water, and carry it around with them all day. It’s also not good to just drink when you’re thirsty — you’re already dehydrated by then. Best is to form a routine: drink a glass when you wake up, a glass with each meal, a glass in between meals, and be sure to drink before, during and after exercise. Try to generally keep yourself from getting thirsty. – dumblittleman

One could not imagine the existence of an individual without water. Water is an essential component of our body and it plays vital roles in maintaining the PH balance, delivering useful products and clearing waste products. March 20, 2013 at 10:19 amyes it true water has alot to do in our system, i realised each time i drink water early in the morning i dont have any gastric attacks on that day. So i decided to start taking atleast a glass or two of water first thing in the morning when i get up, For those suffering from gastric try this and you will get the best result
