After a few years of marriage, the demands and responsibilities of catering for a family begins to take its toll on most couples.<\/p>\n

This happens in a lot of homes today.<\/p>\n

As a woman, add this to the often hectic demand of catering for young kids and you have someone eagerly yearning for an intimate adventure with her husband away from home.<\/p>\n

Folashade Thomas<\/strong> felt this way when she reached out to me \u00a0for a chance to be on the on the show.
\nHer comment stood out to me. She said:<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve been married four years now. And after two babies, I guess the spark is all gone. All we talk about is the kids. He goes to work everyday, comes back late, and even when on leave, there is either one family engagement to attend to. Maybe this can save our marriage.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I hate to hear a couple say they are losing their spark and couldn\u2019t resist giving her a treat cos I felt she truly deserved it.\u00a0Today, I’m glad to share with you photos from the Thomas’ treat on the 6th episode of Make Me Fabulous!!!<\/p>\n

First things first. We pick Folashade and her husband from their home.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"The<\/a>

The Thomas’ are all set and ready to go!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"They<\/a>

They were so happy to see the car we brought to pick them – A Porsche!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"I<\/a>

I love how they are already getting cozy inside!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"They<\/a>

They had no idea we were bringing them to the Federal Palace Hotel & Casino.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Such<\/a>

Such a warm reception from the hotel.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Their<\/a>

Their hotel suite is already doing its magic! Love the way they are warming up to each other.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Awww.....\"<\/a>

Awww…..<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Arm<\/a>

Arm in arm, they stroll back to the hotel lobby…<\/p><\/div>\n

\"...for<\/a>

…for a drink and some snacks.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Now<\/a>

Now it’s time to take Folashade out for some treats.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"First<\/a>

First stop is the Enthyst Events & Bridals store where she meets up with Celebrity Stylist – Yummie who is set to glam her up for a dinner date with her husband!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Wow!<\/a>

Wow! Lots of goodies to pack!!!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Next,<\/a>

Next, Folashade catches up with her husband at the Oasis Med Spa for a relaxed spa session.<\/p><\/div>

\"Mr<\/a>

Mr Thomas gets a soothing massage<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n

\"We<\/a>

We needed to take Folashade’s hair from plain to glam, and the talented Joseph Mesrob from Joseph Mesrob Hair & Nails did just that!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Of<\/a>

Of course, a fab makeover was necessary too. Bimpe Onakoya worked her magic on Folashade’s face.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Now,<\/a>

Now, this is what I call a transformation! Within a few hours, Joseph Mesrob and Bimpe Onakoya took her from that to this!!! Yummie added her special touch with the clothes and accessories and she was FAB – U – LOUS!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Even<\/a>

Even Joseph could hardly believe how lovely she looked.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Back<\/a>

Back to the hotel, Folashade can’t wait to meet her man.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Gorgeous,<\/a>

Gorgeous, isn’t she?<\/p><\/div>\n

\"You<\/a>

You bet Mr Thomas is going to be stunned when he sees her!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Aww..<\/a>

Aww.. so sweet. Look at that smile!<\/p><\/div>\n

He can’t believe how gorgeous she looks.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"They<\/a>

They settle down for a romantic dinner…<\/p><\/div>\n

\"While<\/a>

While I prep myself to give them a surprise visit and some gifts.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"I<\/a>

I was so happy to meet the Thomas’.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Folashade<\/a>

Folashade had so much energy, and so much to share.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"While<\/a>

While chatting with them, I realised that they were two people who really loved each other and needed to put just a little extra effort to make their marriage more enjoyable.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"They<\/a>

They promised me that they would do that much and this made me very glad.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Before<\/a>

Before presenting their gifts, we played for a short Roulette game.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"I<\/a>

I love the smiles they had on their faces when they saw the LG LED Tv<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Folashade<\/a>

Folashade also got this lovely black and silver bag from Enthyst.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Of<\/a>

Of course, we didn’t forget their ‘Make Me Fabulous’ t-shirts.<\/p><\/div>\n

And our usual tradition… a toast to fabulousity!<\/p><\/div>\n
