And when we do that we enjoy more success, happiness and less distress.<\/p>\n<p>Mentally strong people do not:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Quit when things get tough<\/li>\n<li>Waste time feeling sorry for themselves<\/li>\n<li>Blame others for their problems<\/li>\n<li>Envy others<\/li>\n<li>Shy away from change<\/li>\n<li>Worry about pleasing others<\/li>\n<li>Waste energy on things they can\u2019t control<\/li>\n<li>Dwell on the past<\/li>\n<li>Go along with the crowd<\/li>\n<li>Procastinate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mentally strong people do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They know failure is part of success<\/li>\n<li>They believe in themselves<\/li>\n<li>They celebrate the success and happiness of others<\/li>\n<li>They train their minds to see the good in everything<\/li>\n<li>They use their fear to motivate action<\/li>\n<li>They learn from their mistakes<\/li>\n<li>They take calculated risks<\/li>\n<li>They are tenacious with their goals<\/li>\n<li>They are not too proud to learn from others<\/li>\n<li>They spend quality time alone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So SL Fabz, which side are you on? Have you been doing the things mentally strong people do or don&#8217;t?<\/p>\n<p>I encourage us all to join the train and build ourselves up mentally.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;d like to hear from you.
