For the past few weeks, I’ve been hearing the buzz mostly on radio about the Horn Free Day<\/strong> initiated by the Lagos state government. Apparently, October 15th was supposed to be a day where motorists desist from using their car horns. The initiative was a step towards sensitizing residents to the harmful effects of noise pollution.<\/p>\n Although I made a quick trip out of the state yesterday morning, I still did hear A LOT of car horns on my way to the Airport. So today, I’m curious about how the day went and I’d like my dear SL Fabz to fill me in.<\/p>\n Did you observe the Horn Free Day directive? Did drivers around you observe it?
