    Taking time to relax, reflect, meditate and rejuvenate is perhaps one of humaniy’s last remaining freedom that cannot be legislated against. Refreshing moments that are unforgetable are usually the splendid results you achieve. And they come very cheap. I undertake these relaxingly meditative processes fairly regularly accompanied with soft, cool background music and I watch myself bounce back, stay healthy, young and wealthy in the mind. The happiness I build in my mind cannot be bought with money. And The only challenges I have are the ones I create for myself. This life is Sweet.

    Apart from thanking God for his mercies, ama also go to the cinema today, to go watch some movies. Its been a while I did dat and I know am gonna av fun!!!!

    I feel after reflecting, u will definitely discover were you’ve gone wrong within the week, either by the manner u reacted to issues or even the way u carried out your responsibility in the society. Make amends, apologise when necessary and try as much as possible not to repeat such mistakes in future, when u do this, I feel u will be more relaxed. Have a pleasant and joyful weekend. Thanks
